An inquisitive young Badger, snuffling around in Bluebell Woods.

This original Wool Painting was created entirely from wool that was needle-felted, a technique which uses special needles to shape and bind the fleece together. The background for the piece was wet-felted. The wool comes from a variety of sheep breeds such as Blue Faced Leicester, Jacobs and Merino and is both dyed and naturally coloured. The piece also contains a very small amount of Tussah Silk to add light and shimmer.
